Objective

  • Memperkuat kemampuan memimpin melalui peningkatan kemampuan interaksi (engagement) dan komunikasi dengan bawahan dan tim, mempertimbangkan realita situasi

  • Meningkatkan kinerja anak buah melalui pendelegasian dan mengetahui daerah kritis yang memerlukan monitoring

  • Meningkatkan akuntabilitas sebagai pemimpin terutama ketika menghadapi kesulitan, hambatan dan keterbatasan sehingga tetap dapat mengambil tindakan keputusan disertai gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat.
